SINCE WE OPENED BACK IN 2018, WE'VE SUPPORTED 597 PEOPLE
...and 305 of them were offered jobs.
DURING 2021/22, WE SAW 102 PEOPLE
...and 62 of them were offered jobs.
IN 2021/22 WE ALSO CONTINUED TO SUPPORT 44 PEOPLE AFTER THEY STARTED WORK
...35 of these people remained in their post for six months. That's 65.7% of customers who remained in their roles after six months.
